Internal controls to limit and monitor employee activities are also monitored as a standard practice.

Employee security practice

Employees remain contractually obliged to preserve the confidentially of clients. As part of the Ashton Whiteley induction process, new employees are required to pass a security examination to emphasize his or her understanding. To comply with regulations, employees must maintain these standards and are periodically briefed and trained on any changes to security and ethics policy.

Collection of information

In order to efficiently manage client accounts, Ashton Whiteley is required to collect and store aspects of personal information. Disclosure of personal information is always protected by the measure highlighted above.

  •   We are required by law to submit information relating to an account under Ashton Whiteley's management.
  •   To utilize the services of a third party financial or legal affiliate. In which case Ashton Whiteley will seek written consent from the client.
